A chef of Basque and French origin
Guillem Moyà Igarza was born in Sóller, deep in the Tramuntana Mountains, to parents of French and Basque origin. This set the stage for a deep love of food and a passion for Mediterranean cuisine. His professional trajectory, spanning over 20 years, has seen some of the best Catalan and Mallorcan kitchens - Bens d’Avall, Ca’s Xorc, Casa Bonay... and he is now bringing his culinary expertise to our new restaurant in Pollensa.
